Our flowmatic systems are ideal for milk, as they eliminate direct contact with valve surfaces; all components in contact with milk are made from AISI 316L stainless steel, the highest hygienic standard in the industry.
FILLING MACHINES DEDICATED FOR MILK AND DAIRY PRODUCTS
WM – WEIGHTMATIC FILLING MACHINES are designed to fill PET bottles and glass bottles, these devices utilise weight filling in order to assure perfect product weight. The filling is carried out by gravity or supported by a gentle pressure rise in the filling bowl. Weight filler nozzle can fill various products of different properties, aerated products do not affect the accuracy of net weight filling. It does not affect the temperature, viscosity and foaming as well. That’s why we recommend these bottling machines for oil filling lines and dairy products filling.
FM – FLOWMATIC FILLING MACHINES feature devices equipped with electronic filling valves, fitted with electromagnetic flow meters manufactured by Endress+Hauser. They are designed for filling with non-carbonated, clear liquids, of increased hygienic sensitivity, such as milk or juice. They will work well in a soda bottling line, a milk bottling line and a juice bottling line. FlowMatic series machines feature between 9 and 48 filler nozzles. Parts in contact with the filled product are made of AISI 316L stainless steel.
