On 8–10 December 2025, we will see you in Krakow during this year’s Brewers’ Symposium – one of the most important educational and networking events in the brewing industry. Once again, the meeting will be combined with the ‘KPR Kraft Roku 2025’ Craft Beer Competition and a festive final gala.

This year, STM Group will once again participate in the event, but will also actively contribute to its substantive part. Our Sales & R&D Director, Mateusz Kinda, will give an expert presentation:

During his presentation, Mateusz will discuss, among other things:

🔹 microbiological hazards and the impact of pasteurisation on sensory properties,

🔹 modern methods of PU measurement and systems protecting against excessive pasteurisation.
