✨ Another premium project at STM Group – this time for Browar Nepomucen!

The time has come to reveal the details of our latest implementation and share the information that many of our followers have been waiting for. A few days ago, we announced that the ISO EPV ARROW GLASS BEER 16.16.4 device would soon leave our production hall and be delivered to one of the Polish breweries.
Today, we can officially reveal who it is.
🍺 The new glass bottling line will go to Browar Nepomucen – one of the most respected Polish craft breweries, famous for its innovative approach to brewing beer and the high quality of its products.
🔧 An INTERNAL TEST, i.e. an internal acceptance test of the new bottling line, is currently underway.
This is a key stage in the entire implementation process: we are checking the operation of the equipment in production conditions before shipping it to the customer. This will give us complete confidence that, once installed at the Nepomucen Brewery, the line will operate stably, efficiently and as expected.
It is a great honour for us that Nepomucen, our regular customer, has once again placed its trust in STM Group by entrusting us with the expansion of its production infrastructure. Such partnerships are the best confirmation of the quality of our work.
We invite you to watch a short video! 🙂
🤝 STM Group – quality that works for your success.

Another success – STM Group returns to Kyrgyzstan!- Syrup room

We are proud to announce that our customer, SHORO, one of the leaders in the water and beverage market in Kyrgyzstan, is already using several of our bottling lines. Last year, they also chose a complete syrup room from us, which has proven to be very successful in their production.
Thanks to the high reliability and quality of our solutions, SHORO has once again placed its trust in us and placed an order for further components to increase its production capacity. We are currently working on expanding the functionality of the syrup room and adapting the bottling machines to a higher hygiene standard. This is an important step towards even safer and more advanced production.
🔧 What does the current expansion of the syrup room by STM Group involve?
🔹18,000 l/h product pasteuriser
🔹4 m³ buffer tank before the pasteuriser (TBC4)
🔹6 m³ buffer tank after the pasteuriser (TBC4)
🔹syrup pump system for a new bottling line
🔹full automation of tanks and pasteuriser
🔹HEPA filtration system
🔹ozonator based on a WEDECO generator for hygienic bottle rinsing

🍺 STM Group at the 2025 Brewers Symposium – join us!

On 8–10 December 2025, we will see you in Krakow during this year’s Brewers’ Symposium – one of the most important educational and networking events in the brewing industry. Once again, the meeting will be combined with the ‘KPR Kraft Roku 2025’ Craft Beer Competition and a festive final gala.
This year, STM Group will once again participate in the event, but will also actively contribute to its substantive part. Our Sales & R&D Director, Mateusz Kinda, will give an expert presentation:
🎤 ‘The intricacies of beer pasteurisation during bottling – a necessity? Or a conscious choice?’
During his presentation, Mateusz will discuss, among other things:
🔹 the differences between tunnel and flow pasteurisation,
🔹 process management and the most common mistakes,
🔹 microbiological hazards and the impact of pasteurisation on sensory properties,
🔹 media consumption and heat retention of packaging,
🔹 modern methods of PU measurement and systems protecting against excessive pasteurisation.
This is a unique opportunity to expand your knowledge of one of the key processes in beer production and talk to our team about the latest technologies in the industry.
In addition, we are proud to announce that STM Group is once again sponsoring the main prize in the KPR competition – the title of ‘KPR Dominators of the Year 2025’. We support craftsmen who are not afraid to reach for ambitious solutions and set new quality standards.

🎥✨ New video! See how one machine replaces three devices on the packaging line.

We present a solution that was designed and built to a special order for 3M, as their product requires an unusual approach.
The compact system combines:
🔹 case erector
🔹 case packer
🔹 case sealer
As a result, the entire process takes up much less space on the production floor and simplifies line logistics.
🔍 In most packaging systems, the product is placed in the carton from the top. In this case, we used the reverse packaging direction – from the bottom up (exactly as shown in the video).
Why?
➡️ To avoid the risk of the aerosol cap slipping off during the process.
➡️ To ensure stability and full control over the product at every stage. This solution is ideal not only for the aerosol industry, but also wherever a delicate, precise and unusual method of product feeding is required.
👉 If you would like to learn more or are considering a similar solution for your production line, please contact us at: contact@stm-pack.com
🔧📦 Aerosol packaging machine fully ready!

We are pleased to announce that the aerosol packaging machine dedicated to 3M has been fully assembled and is currently undergoing technical and performance tests! 🛠
The device is designed for the automatic packaging of aerosol cans in cartons – from the moment the cans enter the machine, through their placement in the carton – without touching the closure, sealing the top and bottom, to the final application of the logistics label. It is a complete, automated process that significantly improves the operation of the entire line. 📦⚙️
Each component of the device has been checked by our team of specialists and quality control – so that the final system is reliable and ready to work in demanding production conditions.

We highlight the benefits of automation:
🚀 higher productivity
🍺 better quality
💰 lower costs
📦 flexible packaging
🤖 process integration
We are proud to support the development of Polish craft beer! Look for us in the third issue of Agro Industry. 🍺
We would like to thank the editors of Agro Industry and invite you to read the magazine!
