FM – FLOWMATIC FILLING MACHINE

If you need juice filling equipment or a soda bottling machine, Flowmatic series is the one you are looking for. These machines feature devices equipped with electronic filling valves, fitted with electromagnetic flow meters manufactured by Endress+Hauser. They are designed for filling with non-carbonated, clear liquids, of increased hygienic sensitivity, such as milk or juice.

Filling valves feature simple design that ensures high level of hygiene and ease of use. In case of Flowmatic machines, the bottle is never in direct contact with the filling valve. Machines in their standard version are suitable for CIP. FlowMatic series machines can be equipped with the UltraClean system, with highest degree of purity. 

Depending on the model, Flowmatic series machines can be prepared for PET containers, as well as glass containers. They will work well in a soda bottling line, a milk bottling line and a juice bottling line. FlowMatic series machines feature between 9 and 48 filler nozzles. Parts in contact with the filled product are made of AISI 316L stainless steel.
