We proudly present our 2020 realization – a complete, fully automated bottling line for WATER885 .
Water from a depth of 885 feet, compliance with EU standards, and all in a new hall in Latvia.
The line-up includes:
🔹 Blueline 4 STD blower + Triblock Arrow PET
🔹 Premix STM JG6 Flowmix (9000 l/h)
🔹 Mega Roll 9T labelling machine (10 000 bph)
🔹 Packing system 3×2 and 3×4
🔹 Bottles made of 25% recycled plastic
🔹Operation of the whole line: only 3 people! ]
WATER885 has been bottling carbonated and still water (500 ml and 1000 ml) since 2021.
