WM – WEIGHTMATIC FILLING MACHINES are designed to maintain the highest standards of hygiene during filling PET bottles, glass bottles and HDPE packaging. A key component of the machine is to utilise weight filling in order to assure perfect product weight. This technology makes the machines ideal for working with dense products, oils and dairy products containing pieces of fruit.
The filling is carried out by gravity or supported by a gentle pressure rise in the filling bowl, allowing production flexibility and adaptation to different product types. The weight filling used in the WeighMatic machines are extremely versatile – allowing precise filling of products of different viscosities, regardless of their aeration, temperature or tendency to foam. The high resistance to the fluctuating properties of liquids eliminates the risk of contamination, and the ease of cleaning and disinfecting the valves and product contact surfaces ensures maximum hygiene during each production cycle.
