FILLING MACHINES DEDICATED FOR WATER
SYNCHROBLOCK FILLING MACHINES are a combination of a classic blow molding machine with a rotary filling and capping machine. This 3in1 solution allows for high-quality and high-speed confection.
FM – FLOWMATIC FILLING MACHINES feature devices equipped with electronic filling valves, fitted with electromagnetic flow meters manufactured by Endress+Hauser. They are designed for filling with non-carbonated, clear liquids, of increased hygienic sensitivity, such as milk or juice. They will work well in a soda bottling line, a milk bottling line and a juice bottling line. FlowMatic series machines feature between 9 and 48 filler nozzles. Parts in contact with the filled product are made of AISI 316L stainless steel.
ISO – EPV FILLING MACHINES series are characterised by the use of isobaric filling technology, controlled by a precision EPV system. The machines are ideal for filling products into glass bottles, PET bottles and aluminium cans at medium to high speed. ISO – EPV filling machines are fully automatic and reliable. They ensure high productivity, precision and hygiene, which translates into final product quality.
NC – OVERFLOW FILLING MACHINE – feature devices equipped with “overflow” filling valves, for non-carbonated fluids, such as non-carbonated water and beverages, process fluids (including foamy fluids) and other. Filler valves feature simple design that ensures high level of hygiene and ease of use.
