Zbyszko Company S.A is one of the largest Polish producers of water and carbonated beverages, operating on the market for over 30 years. The company has two modern production plants in Radom and Piła, with 6 advanced production lines. Thanks to the use of innovative technologies and an extensive machine park, Zbyszko achieves a production efficiency of 140 000 bottles of 1,5 litres per hour maintaining a strong position in the beverage industry.
Project Requirements
The project involved the modernisation of an existing PET bottling line with a capacity of 2500bph through the implementation of a state-of-the-art conveyor system equipped with a double line carry handle applicator on packs in shrinkwrap.
