About the Client
Uzdrowisko Wysowa S.A. was established in 1959 and has specialised in the production of mineral water from the very beginning. For more than three decades, the company focused exclusively on the production of mineral water in glass containers. In 1992, it expanded its range by introducing the production of water and beverages in 1,5L and 0,5L PET bottles. Since 1995, the company’s product range has been further enriched with water in 5 l cartons.
Project Requirements
The main goal of the project was to achieve maximum process automation in a limited space in order to reduce staff costs. This included the implementation of a complete bottling line with a capacity of 10000bph for PET bottles, from the blow molding machine to palletisation. The completed line is one of the first state-of-the-art STM bottling lines in Poland.
