We are available for our clients throughout the whole duration of the project of your new complete filling line. Our support is based on the use of the TPM (traditional project management) machine maintenance system and the latest PRINCE2 methodology. Cooperation while preparing the filling lines
The cooperation starts with an analysis that allows our customer to determine the needs. Later we need to understand the problem and find the right infrastructure to solve it. Consultations with STM engineers help to choose the right packaging design and to plan the working space at the production plant. It is a key step to determine proper layout of the filling and bottling machines and select all the necessary parts. Based on the gathered information, the engineering stage will also take future production plans into account.
FAT (factory acceptance test) is what ensures high quality of production and assembly. After being transported, the canning machine or the PET filling machine are installed and undergo controlled startup and SAT (site acceptance test). Such process significantly reduces time of complete filling line completion.
