About the Client
Bielmar is a Polish company owned by its current and former employees, rapeseed suppliers and its product distributors. The company has existed since 1994, while the plant began its operations in 1945. Bielmar is the Polish market leader in the production of edible oils and margarines. The production plant in Bielsko-Biała has undergone a number of changes since its establishment. Today, the company boasts rapeseed storage facilities, a modern oil pressing plant, a refinery and a margarine plant, as well as a logistics base.
Project Requirements
The project involved the implementation of state-of-the-art technologies to improve the processes of bottling rapeseed oil. The main driving force was introducing a complete bottling line for oil with a capacity of 9,000bph. Thanks to the automated bottling line, the company can not only increase productivity, but also maintain the high quality of its products. High-end equipment, advanced automation systems and ecological solutions are the foundation for the future-oriented strategies of Polish production facilities.
