STM GROUP invites you to BrauBeviale 2024 – the international trade fair for the beer and beverage industry

We would like to invite you to the largest beer and beverage trade fair in the world – BrauBeviale 2024, which will take place from 26 to 28 November at the exhibition centre in Nuremberg. STM GROUP in partnership with Micro Can, the manufacturer of small canning machines, will be exhibiting at stand 429 in hall 7.

The BrauBeviale trade fair attracts beverage industry leaders from around the world, offering an overview of the latest trends and innovative solutions in the production of beer, soft drinks, spirits, wines and sparkling wines. Last year, the fair attracted more than 950 exhibitors and 31,000 visitors, making it an excellent place to share experiences and inspiration, confirming its status as one of the most important venues for the development of the beverage sector.

BrauBeviale is also the ideal place to showcase cutting-edge solutions, which is why we have prepared something special this year. At our stand, we will be presenting STM GROUP’ s latest can filling machine – the Arrow Can 14/2 ISO EPV with a nominal capacity of 6,000 cans per hour which will soon be delivered to one of the most recognised Polish kraft breweries – Nepomucen Brewery.

The Arrow Can 14/2 ISO EPV is equipped with 14 mechanical isobaric can fillers, which are opened and closed by a system of electronically controlled pneumatic cylinders. This gives incredible autonomy to the operation of each nozzle, correlated to a preset position during the filling machine’s rotation. The operator can manage parameters such as the time and frequency of venting after filling, the length of time the can is blown, and the timing of opening and closing of the nozzle – a great advantage when filling carbonated beverages and products sensitive to oxidation, such as beer. The filling machine is also equipped with a dissolved oxygen meter, a carbon dioxide modulating valve unit, a beverage proportional valve, pressure and temperature sensors and one of the best product pumps available on the market. The whole is topped off with a double-headed ‘seamer’ , a special sealer which, during its two operations, integrates the lid permanently together with the can, ensuring a total seal and barrier. The sealing procedure itself is enhanced by the injection of inert gas under the lid and the optional use of liquid nitrogen or a foam breaker, if required. All product contact parts are made of AISI 316L stainless steel, which is resistant to the highly invasive agents used in the CIP procedure. Another strength is our block production system for machines, we need no more than 4 months, to deliver a new STM Arrow Can EPV 14/2 or any other machine of our production.

We are looking forward to personal meetings during which we will have the opportunity to share our ideas about the projects we have realised around the world and bottling & canning trends. The time spent at our stand will be made even more enjoyable with tastings of craft brews from our customers and polish local cheeses.

We encourage you to agree your preferred date of visit in advance which will allow us to provide free admission to BrauBeviale 2024 for you.

BrauBeviale is a unique opportunity to network and develop new business opportunities.

We look forward to hearing from you and meeting you in Nuremberg.

Realisation of a 4,200 bph bottling line for the Za Miastem Brewery

We are entering the third quarter of 2024 with the realisation of a 4,200 bph bottling line for the kraft Za Miastem Brewery located in Rumianek, near Poznań.

Za Miastem Brewery was established in 2017, initially operating as a contract brewery, brewing its beers at friendly breweries. A turning point for the company was the opening of its own brewhouse in 2022. The new location in Rumianek allowed the brewery to have full control over the production process, which translated into even higher quality and uniqueness of the beers on offer.
Their range includes classic styles such as pilsner, wheat beers and stouts, as well as new-wave varieties such as IPA and black IPA, which correspond to the latest brewing trends.

The realisation of our 4,200 bph bottling line is significant step in the brewery’s development. The advanced technology, which includes Triblock 16/16/4 ISO BEER, self-adhesive labeller UNO ADE,  data printer and flat conveyors XPP, has made the beer bottling process smoother and more efficient. The line is also equipped with infeed table for empty bottles and collection table for finished product, which streamlines the entire production process – from start to finish. These types of solutions enable the brewery not only to increase productivity, but also to further improve the quality of the beers that reach the shelves of shops and the tables of beer lovers.

Collaboration with breweries is definitely an important part of our company’s business; we are passionate about beer and we know how to bottle it. This is why we can boast 22 successful realisations in the beer industry over the past few years.
